Casey Helps Build Confidence

Casey Carpenter comes to Global Public Speaking with an impressive background as a professional speaker, coach, and mentor with expertise in sales, leadership, and confidence.  

An introverted, shy, and highly sensitive wallflower turned dynamic business-builder, Casey knows that anyone can improve their skills with the right training and the right mentor. In 2014, she founded The Sales Breakthrough Coach for organizations that want to exponentially improve their sales, communication, and leadership skills.

Casey has led sales and leadership-boosting workshops for the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation, Women in Health Management, and the Association of Image Consultants International. As a sales and pitch coach for Rising Tide Capital, she judges pitches and helps founders refine their messaging and sell their products.

Casey is an Accomplished Speaker

An accomplished speaker, Casey is a national board member of the National Speakers Association. She recently became a C Suite Advisor, an invitation-only thought leadership platform for leading business coaches and has spoken at numerous prestigious events such as the Blacks In Government’s National Training event and more.

Casey serves on the Dress for Success North Jersey Steering Committee, the Morris County Chamber Women In Business Committee, and is the Public Relations Chair and docent for the Montclair Art Museum African American Cultural Committee. She’s earned a BA from Tufts University, a certificate in coach training from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), DISC Certification, and a Training Generalist Certification from Langevin Learning Services.

In her spare time, Casey plays Tai Chi, lifts weights, creates felted scarves and gemstone jewelry, and cuts a mean rug on the dance floor.
